WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Although we strive ourselves to produce only the finest quality ices on the market if you find our product to be unsatisfactory please take the following actions:
 
(1) RETURN THE ICES WHERE YOU ORGINALLY PURCHASED THEM: We already have in place a program for damage goods with the supermarkets. They should take back the damage ices and either offer you a refund or allow you to exchange the product.
 
(2) CONTACT US: If you tried returning the ices where you purchased them but were unsuccessful, then contact us. Please write us a letter (including your name, address, phone number & email) explaining why our ices are unsatisfactory as well as proof of purchase (original receipt) and clippings from the box (expiration date & UPC Code). Mail this information to Olympic Ice Cream Co. Inc., 129-10 91st Avenue, Richmond Hill, NY 11418 Attn: Refund Department Please note that this is the only way refunds will be handled (not via phone or via email), if the above mentioned items can not be sent in than we can not issue a refund.




WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A PUSH CART?

 
We do carry push carts for you to purchase at our factory store, located at 129-10 91st Avenue, Richmond Hill, NY 11418. Please call ahead, 718-849-6200 to make sure they are in stock and available to purchase. The push carts come in two sizes; SMALL can hold 6 tubs of our 2.5 gallon Marinos Italian Ices bulk and LARGE can hold 10 tubs of our 2.5 gallon Marinos Italian Ices bulk. Please call for prices and availabitily.

Our ices are available at King Kullen, Associated, Met Foods, Pioneer, Key Food, Best Yet, Meat Farms, Western Beef, C-Town, and other fine supermarkets.



HOW DO I USE YOUR DISTRIBUTOR LIST TO FIND MARINOS ITALIAN ICES IN MY AREA?

Call the distributor in your state and see where they locally distribute our product and/or if they are open to the public so you can directly buy from them. If you do not see your state listed it is because we do not currently have not established distribution in your state. We hope that one day we will be able to get some distributors and supermarkets to sell our products in your area. We are hoping that we can accomplish this sooner than later.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A MARINOS ITALIAN ICES OFFICIAL T-SHIRT?

 

There are two ways to purchase a Marinos Italian Ice Official T-Shirt:

   -(1)  Return the coupon located on the side of the 6pack supermarket box. ----- OR ------

   -(2)  Send us your t-shirt order via mail. Please include the following:

·         Complete mailing address – written neatly

·         The color shirt you would like Yellow or White (we still have some white available)

·         The size shirt you want

·         Cash, check, or money order. Please make checks payable to: Olympic Ice Cream Co, Inc.

·         Each shirt is $6.00 each.



DO YOU SHIP MARINOS ITALIAN ICES?

We DO NOT SHIP Marinos Italian Ices. We sololy manufacture the ices and do not have the capabilities to ship ices for personal use. However, we have partnered up with a third party distributor who can ship ices to you. Visit their website, www.NYCFrozenTreats.com for more information.


DO YOU OFFER MANUFACTURES COUPONS?

No, at this time we do not offer manufactures coupons. We prefer to constantly work with various supermarkets to keep our products at everyday low prices! So remember to check your local supermarket and if you don't see our product on the shelve speak to the store manager.

DO YOU HOST GROUP TOURS OF THE FACTORY

 

Unfortunately due to insurance issues we are not allowed to host group tours of our factory; however, our warehouse is open to the public for retail sales. You (and a small group of fewer than 10 people) are more than welcome to stop by and purchase some ices direct from the factory. As you wait for your order to be brought out, you can look at and see where we store 36,000 LBS. of sugar! Our sugar tank spans from floor to ceiling.  You can even purchase a t-shirt ($6.00 each). We are open Monday-Friday 7AM to 5PM, so please stop by!



SINCE YOUR ICES ARE NOW STORED IN PLASTIC CONTAINERS ARE THEY BPA FREE?

Yes, they are BPA Free. The cups are approved by the FDA and are safe to use in the food industry.

WHY DOES THAT SUGARY FORMATION OCCUR ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP?

The sugary formation on the bottom of the cup is what many claim to be the best accident to happen to ices! The sugary formation occurs when there is an elapse of time from the moment the ices are put into their cups to the moment they are packaged and sent into the freezers. We had thought to freeze our ices quicker to eliminate the sugary formation but most of our consumers enjoyed it so much, they have asked us to make an entire cup filled with just the sugary formation.


HOW LONG CAN MARINOS ITALIAN ICE LAST IN THE FREEZER?

It can last up to two years from the day it is made if it has been stored properly.


WHICH FLAVOR IS THE HARDEST TO MAKE?

Rainbow! Rainbow is the hardest to make because first the three flavors that make up rainbow; blue gelati, cherry, and lemon, are made separately; then stored in large containers. When the rainbow cups are in place, the three large containers at the same time have to squirt the same amount of ice into the cup in order to achieve a well balance of the three flavors. Once the rainbow ice is in the cup it has to be instantly frozen on the spot to ensure the flavors do not begin to blend together!


HOW MUCH ICE DO YOU PRODUCE IN A YEAR?

40 Million Ices a year! We produce 200 cups a minute which translate to 40, 6pack boxes a minute. However, we have the capability to purpose up to 600 cups a minute if necessary.
